I am very dissatisfied with the service by the manager, Diane. She seemed like she was rushing and I get it. You were probably very busy but there’s no reason to not maintain a calm composure and she made my drink wrong multiple times. I don’t know what’s so hard about, wanting extra cream in my coffee. Somehow, they mistaken, that For no cream. I’ve even seen how Diane treat her employees and I feel like you guys definitely need a different Manager but hey, if you don’t want your business to be a success, then I guess keep the one you got.

I used to love DD but definitely overpriced and unfriendly service. Frozen and ice drinks definitely lack flavor. Not like they used to be.
Hi, I asked for iced coffee carmal and expresso shot she didn’t put cream in my iced coffee and she was in a bad mood and she gave me an attitude so, plz don’t go to that dunkin dounts that lady is rude.

I just got a coffee and the young lady Amanda handed me a open coffee streaming hit when all over my hand and burned me and instead of apologizing she handed me another one i asked if that one was closed because the other one was not . She still didn’t apologized she just said well it should have been ! This place is horrible. I would recommend NOT to come to this one at all go to the one , on Larkin Ave .

Ordered a sweet cold foam cold brew, got some terrible cold brew with whipped cream. Once I realized it wasn’t cold foam (it wasn’t sinking/melting like cold foam does) I was too far on I-90 to turn around.

I'm an avid drive thru customer who really only orders iced coffee. Have had no issues! Coffee is well made and delicious. Staff are nice and offers to give my dog a pup cup! It's my go to place for coffee.
