I’ve always had issues with this location… slow service, messing up orders, milk steamer broken, etc. I stopped going there and will spend the extra minute going to a different location nearby.
However, my husband stopped there this morning and said, “I see why you don’t go there anymore.” The attached picture is of my latte he got me. My husband handed it back in the drive thru and asked them to actually fill it up, and they refused. They told him that with light ice, they’re going to give me the same amount of coffee. 😂 When did this happen?? No other location has done that for my drinks, and I always do less ice. If we’re paying $6 for a latte, it should be filled up. If I didn’t ask for less ice, I know the cup would be stacked with it and very little coffee… less than what I got today. I can only laugh at this because it’s ridiculous. He said he won’t go there anymore now either.

I love Nayeli attitude and service.... thank you. I stopped coming to this dunkin but made a pit stop and found this young ladie... great job.
My parents recently visited this location and ordered two iced coffees—one mocha with creamer and one vanilla with creamer. When they received their drinks, they noticed that neither had creamer in them. They politely informed the employee working at the time, a heavier-set white woman, about the issue.
Instead of addressing their concern professionally, the employee responded with a rude and defensive attitude. She refused to either remake the drinks, add creamer, or issue a refund. Her behavior was dismissive, unhelpful, and completely inappropriate for someone working in a customer-facing role.
It’s unacceptable for paying customers to be treated this way. If someone cannot handle basic customer service responsibilities without being disrespectful, they should not be working in this position.
We urge management to address this situation seriously, as it reflects very poorly on your business.

I’ve been going to this location couple times this week, and I noticed that my Matcha medium is legit full of ice than actual Matcha today I went and asked for no ice. The guy Literally gave me this. I asked him why it was empty he said because I asked for no ice. This is insane. Next time have your employees communicate that you’re going to give me nothing for asking for no ice.

Went there on august 30th at 4:20 pm. Had to buy donuts to take to somebodys house. The server girl was highly unprofessional. Didnt cater to us properly. Stuffed 6 donuts into a munchkin box and didn’t even pack it. When we asked if she had a bigger box she responded by saying “I don’t know. Im here alone” and she kept repeating that to everyone. Her behavior wasn’t very customer friendly.

I love this location so much I practically come everyday even though I live 10 min away it’s so worth the ride just to come to this location 10/10 I recommend coming here they make the coffee absolutely perfect every time and the workers super sweet I haven’t had not one bad experience here.

I would advise anyone who orders over the app not to do it. They never have anything you order plus they leave one employee who can’t even do a refund but they will offer something else and keep pushing to get something even tho it’s not what you want. This place sucks they need a better owner and manager

Wish I could give this Dunkin 0 stars. They were extremely rude. I ordered a medium brown sugar shaken expresso and half my coffee was missing. I politely asked why it wasn’t filled to the top and one of the staff members said “THAT’S WHAT YOU ORDERED!” Can’t believe the service at this location. I will never come back here.
