I had my cousin go pick me up 4 tacos, and they put lettuce and tomatoes without cheese or toasting the shells. Usually when I go to a Mexican restaurant they serve you cilantro and onion tacos while toasting the shells also. Any other food I've gotten there was fantastic. But the tacos, they were basic American tacos and not done authentic.

I ordered 2 steak taco dinner and paid 18$. Got home and they gave me all gristle. I mean I understand that there would be some in there but I had to throw them both away because they were not edible. I’ll never return. It was also almost closing time so I assume that’s why I got treated that way. Very unacceptable. Go to El Pariso if you’re looking for good real steak tacos

We ordered on line 4 burritos. Paid $57. For them. 4 burritos. Nothing else. $57. My husband picked them up. He asked for one side of sour cream. They said there was a $1.25 charge for it. He did not have any cash on him. They told him there was $5. Minimum charge to use his card. Did I mention we spent $57 on 4 burritos? Yeah. We will never go back. There has to be another place in Elgin that makes a good burrito.

Received the wrong order, when call to let them know according to them we ordered the what the gave us. Per them they repeated the order back twice(not true). Because if so, it would have been corrected. Maybe they need to wrap your order in front of the customer. They did offer to replace the order but you all know that is not a good idea.
