Mai gave the best customer service I’ve experienced in a while. She took care of us quickly. South Elgin Oberweis is my new favorite location. I was greeted when I walked in and when I left. No one was on their phone and everyone was attentive. I appreciate that.

Wow. This place!! They make ice cream and great toppings. They have specials throughout the month even fresh milk. Chocolate strawberry and vanilla. Plus pints and cakes to go. Tidy clean place. With games on the tables to play while enjoying the soft music and your ice cream of course.They even have pup cups for the doggie family members. Always greeted with a smile

Parking: Parking in front and behind the place. Plus drive through services also

I just tried to go to Oberweis to get a milkshake before they closed. It was 9:55 pm, but the drive-through was shut down, and the doors are locked. They were completing an order for the last person in the drive thru.
