Is it standard SOP to be completely out of Original Recipe chicken at 8:30 PM on a Saturday? To make matters worse, I was told there would be a 45-minute wait. Having worked at this chain before, I know that’s inaccurate; it takes nowhere near that long to prep and cook a fresh batch. Good service
The Manager Magdalena is the most accommodating person I have ever dealt with. We ordered a 16 pcs and wanted thighs and legs and changed it for us. Honestly the sweetest person we have talked to. Give her a raise.
