I had been a loyal customer, and Papa John's pizza has gone down in quality. They have gotten very stingy on the ingredients, and I have had to order extra toppings, but they still have not fixed the issue. You get more dough than sauce or extra toppings that I paid for. I hope they get this resolved so I can enjoy the pizza they used to make. Elgin, IL.

It was weird to say the least, the person taking my order pretended she doesn’t understand me, she said they are no special deals, I end up ordering something different than I wanted and even after 45 min wait for the carry out, the pizza was wrong so I had to throw it away when I got home …I’m planning to call corporate on Monday..most customers there had that confused look like I did… I went to the wrong place

Terrible customer service!!! We ordered via grubhub because we are outside of the delivery area for the restaurant. We received 1 pizza out of 2, contacted the driver who said to call the restaurant, called the restaurant and they wanted to blame the driver. Their only suggestion was to place another order?!? Pass. Never again!

These people need to step up their game i saw a rat breeding in the restaurant those rats were at it honestly i saw a homlesss person join in and honestly it got crazy from their then some drunks dads started fighting and the rats gave birth the papa hohn employees celebrated like it was some kind of festival and starting chanting papa johns! The food was mid.

I saw a rat getting down with a other rat and then they started kissing and I saw a women giving free hand massages in the bathroom and saw the worker smoking and smelled like weed than I ordered a pizza and it had a little piece of pepperoni that look like buck teeth

So this place is very unpleasant and unprofessional. The drivers that work there are smelling of weed and sit in their cars smoking in front of the establishment. I would never bring my grandbaby to a place like that. He's 2 he doesn't need to see or witness that type of behavior. I do admit some of the workers are great. (The few older ones that work inside) they're patient and speak with respect. I will probably never come here again but if I did, I would only come when the 2 gentlemen who work late at night are there. They're a breath of fresh air.

Worst delivery experience! Upon delivery I noticed there was a car in the street constantly honking their horn. When I looked outside my window, it was the papa John's delivery driver telling me to come get the food from him. I then went to clock out for lunch on my computer and he finally decided to come to my door to deliver my order. He did not speak a word, had a bad attitude and gave me a dirty look. If you don't like your job, DO NOT take it out on your customers. This behavior isn't acceptable in any workplace.
Forgets food on delivery orders and lies about bringing missing items. Like all large corporations, employees are underpaid and profits are all that matter. Better off looking for small businesses that care

Came to pick up an order had to wait total 30 min since I place a pick up, other people was missing their pizzas, lady on the black shirt not wearing a hair net, while she is making the pizzas she is eating breadstix in front of everyone and not washing her hands ????, not coming back.
