They forgot to add the icing on my cinnamon pull aparts so I called the restaurant to complain and the manager working there yesterday (September 2nd night shift/September 3rd 2am) went out of his way to come deliver them personally to me and they were delicious!! More restaurants need a manager like that who sets a great example for his team and steps up! I wish I could give more than 5 stars because I am a very satisfied customer and will now make this my go to pizza place
Idk why the bad reviews, pizza always 10/10😋🔥
Horrible. Dont go here. Its all younger people working here and your order is hardly right and you will wait forever even if you pre order .I ordered 2 pizzas one with just pepperoni and one with sausage and bacon. Both under cooked and all the ingredients were more towards the center and more crust then pizza. And flimsy you can't take a bite without holding the whole slice with 2 hands not crispy at all. I went here because my son wanted it but I will never go to papa John's...read full review

Papa Johns Pizza is a popular restaurant that offers a variety of pizza options. However, the quality of the food and service can be inconsistent. While some customers have reported excellent customer service and well-made pizzas, others have been disappointed with the lack of toppings, poor delivery, and unsanitary conditions. The restaurant seems to struggle with maintaining consistent quality and attention to detail, leading to mixed reviews from customers. Overall, the experience at Papa Johns Pizza can be hit or miss, and customers may want to consider their options carefully before placing an order.
