This place is getting worse by the day. First bad experience is I bought a five piece chicken dinner they only gave me four pieces and also they cheap out on the pop and fill the cup with 3/4 ice. Second happened today they don’t put the fries in a container they just throw it in the bottom of the bag with you other food. They also filled the cup with ice all the way to the top once again. Definitely avoid this place

Believe the 1star review. This is my last time at this location. I asked for half spicy and half mild and when she gave me the food she didnt give me a receipt. I had to flag someone down to get a receipt. Got home and I got all mild. I called and the guy says “come back I have spicy and mild” no apology. Drove back and at 8:15 the lobby is closed they decided to close early as the sign says 9pm. Had to wait at the drive thru. Same girl ask for my receipt looks like she was the manager. She tries to keep the receipt and I said “why are you keeping that” They dont change the sides got home to cold biscuits and sides.

First the manager broad yelled at me for not being able to hear dude whisper over the intercom, then the food they gave me was colder than it was outside 🙄 I wanted to go back and throw it in her face but I'm not suppose to be eating that mess anyways so I guess it was meant to happen 🤮 worst Popeyes in the entire town

I entered through the true drive, and they told me to park in front and that in 5 minutes it would be ready, and we had to wait almost 30 minutes and we had to go get the food 😠

This restaurant confirmed an order and the. Refused to answer any calls and or open the doors for the delivery drivers , while the drivers could see employees inside working !! Horrible service poor management , bad etiquette and I will not be going to Louisiana kitchen anymore !!!!

The absolute worst! That’s why there are never any cars in the parking lot except for the employees! Burnt grease! Unseasoned chicken! They will be closed soon!
Ordered a large Cajun rice which they apparently discontinued but instead of telling me they discontinued it, they let me order it and just gave me a random side of their choosing that I didn’t realize until I got home? Huh??? How about “sorry we don’t have that, do you want something else?”

WORST POPEYES DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SICK they do not wear gloves where making food it’s very unorganized the way they operate they only have one mexican in the back they are constantly yelling at while the front of the house are contamination everything from rice and beans to the biscuits they really need an inspection

I'm done with Popeyes, every location I go to is just bad now.. This was my last draw.. sitting up arguing with customers because they want the sauce they never got! You want to charge for the sauce we never got!!!! 15 minutes fussing, NEVER IN MY LIFE.. who tf eats chicken tenders with no sauce?

I want be returning to this restaurant again . Today i stopped here at 12 pm to grab a 3pc chicken tender meal . The staff member at the window forgot my sauce that I asked for with my order . I had to drive back 7 mins to grab some sauce. When I arrived the staff gave me a hard time when I asked for sauce and even tried to make me pay for extra when I literally explained the situation . Manager wasn’t helpful either all he did was give me the sauce that I originally should’ve received. I will be emailing corporate regarding this .
