I used to have a bad history with this place a couple years ago where the service was terrible and took a long time. Today it was late at night almost a hour till closing, I ordered my pizza and wings, and everything was great. I was just getting out of work and running late so I called ahead and asked if they could wait 10 minutes for me and they were very nice about it. The employees are great and deserve a raise!
I ordered a beef panzerotti and I received a very light cheese only panzerotti. Just goes to show nobody's double checking the orders before they get sent for delivery. Don't bother wasting your time ordering from this location.

Went to get my $3.50 pizza and they had everything under control. It was nuts that day and lots of people came in and didn't know how to order online and the girl behind the counter just smiled and helped everyone!! No complaining and always a smile. Everyone was pitching in and answering phones and helping people!! Awesome service and the pizza was fantastic!!

They charged me. $20 for 16 inch pizza. Then it charged me. I'd like Bixby an extra $9.50 for Hawaiian Deluxe. Then $4 for a 2 l. Total 42 0 5 that is b******* Then the delivery guy wanted a tip on top of a tip.

Parking: This particular store is in a strip mall, with plenty of parking out front, but is take out only. No in store seating.

I called to order my kids pizza and the lady took my cash app card information the money immediately came off my card!!! She tells me she can’t send out my pizza and I have to wait until tomorrow until the bank open to get a refund!!! This the 2nd bad experience I have had with this location I will not be ordering again the lady answered the phone claim to be the manager but she wasn’t manager friendly didn’t try to help at all rude!!!

The biggest problem o have is online ordering. I’m supposed to receive reward points for my orders. To receive my reward points I need to sign into my account about a year ago my password stopped working. When I go to reset my password, the email to reset it never arrives. I have told them multiple times about this problem but to date it has not been resolved

I ordered fish and shrimp dinner when I received my delivery my food was cold as ice I highly recommend anybody not eat at this restaurant bad service all the way around food is not good and the delivery driver can't really speak good English to be able to communicate with the customer
