“Myself and my family of five came in after 10pm and were greeted with we had to use the kiosk to place our order which was cool because I'd never used one before and wanted to experience this tech. It was a very easy thing to do and because we were essentially the only people in there at that moment the service was very quick. The food was actually better than I expected. It definitely is a different burger than it's competitors.“

“I think there was only one person working when I went and he worked really hard to get my order correct and make my food quickly all by himself while there were others in line behind me. But even with the line, he took the time to make sure I had everything I needed and offered separate bags, a spoon, and napkins.“

Service was great for fast food restaurants order was then and understood. front desk employee was helpful in asking for any other information about how we like our food preparation, funny because.....it's fast food lol. The atmosphere was well lit clean and taken care of. The restroom was clean and not out of service like many before. Overall, it was a very well-kept establishment and would always come back.

“I work overnight, and mugs has came through for me a numerous occasions. In regards to quality food and quality service. Today, I was unable to drive to pick up my orders. I placed Uber order delivery. There was a significant issue processing my order and Uber ended up charging me $30 And canceling my order. I went back-and-forth with Uber to no avail, I spoke with the young lady at the restaurant and she was able to rectify the situation. I had to go pick up the pizza which I absolutely didn’t mind. Kudos To the customer service efforts at the front desk.“
