“I work overnight, and mugs has came through for me a numerous occasions. In regards to quality food and quality service. Today, I was unable to drive to pick up my orders. I placed Uber order delivery. There was a significant issue processing my order and Uber ended up charging me $30 And canceling my order. I went back-and-forth with Uber to no avail, I spoke with the young lady at the restaurant and she was able to rectify the situation. I had to go pick up the pizza which I absolutely didn’t mind. Kudos To the customer service efforts at the front desk.“
