My daughter and her Friends just went into the Dunkin in Elk Grove Village on Biesterfield and Arlington Heights Rd. The store employees were not wearing masks or gloves. Are you kidding me? Very unsafe, not to mention It’s required.
They say that they are 24 hours when they definitely are not. Just went there to get coffee and waited 5 minutes and no one came over the speaker thing for drive thru. Don’t put 24 hours on your website if that’s not true!!
They don’t honor their promos on their drive thru menu. They don’t readily give receipts EVER. Never. Just not a nice place.
