This is the Dunkin by my house and we go to regularly. For the most part we like the staff and the service. Lately I've been getting the loaded hash browns. Today I got em and ate 1. The cheese was cold, the hash browns were cold and soggy and barley any bacon for $4. I obviously went back and waited for a new one that was hot but had almost no cheese.

I have to say, I have work for Dunkin in the past skokie,and I have been going to a few different locations,but this is the only one I like ,they make my French vanilla ice latte they way I like it ,it is a clean place, people are welcoming and service is quick,they serve you with a smile ,I love this place this is now the only Dunkin I go to, in Elmhurst, I've been to Des plaines and Rosemont but Elmhurst on York street is over all the best one
