Noticed a new waitress---a dynamo of activity, refilling coffee, condiments. I think I heard someone call her, Renee. My buddy and I enjoyed her sense of humor too; she needed it with US two. LOL
I drive by this place all the time and have never tried it. Today, I was able to stop in. I was greeted right away by friendly staff. The place definitely has the feeling and appearance of a greasy spoon dive. I was hoping for the buttery hash browns that dives are known for, and I was not disappointed. The omelet was huge! REALLY tasty food. This spot is the epitome of a greasy spoon restaurant. Fantastic food, but it could use a (really) deep cleaning. One item was forgotten on my order, but they brought it out right away.
