Today was my first time at this location. Jerrell (I hope I am spelling his name right) was great. While making my sandwich, he was engaging in conversation ... asking how my day was, if I had plans tonight, etc. While doing all of this, he was sure to greet everyone else that walked in and thank them as they walked out.I would definitely go back to this location because of the great service. Thank you Jerrell.
Glad they were able to make Philly without green peppers! I know weird right? Also ordered an Italian-but all I could taste was the ham. Needs less ham & more Italian meats - salami, pepperoni, etc.
great experience here. Umberto or umbardo not sure his name but he fixed the credit card machine when it went down. he was nice, courteous and professional. he made it point to say outloud it wasn't my card it was the system. so the other customers in line waiting wouldn't get angry with me. he saved me from the other customers in line. intentional or not, he still did it. this place and himself are all top-notch.
