I usually don’t leave reviews but this time I felt like I had too. I ordered a custom ice cream cake on the website and made sure I ordered it 2 days in advance because that’s how long it said on the website it takes to make it. It even said it would be ready at a certain time but when I got there they said they never made it. They had it ready the next day but when I finally cut into it and had a piece it was mostly ice cream and just a thin piece of cake which I didn’t really like. It wasn’t half ice cream and half cake like I wanted. So my advice is don’t order a cake from here. My experience wasn’t very good. It’s not worth

Starting to think it’s a Baskin-Robbins policy to close their lobbies hours before posted closing times.This is my 3rd attempt at another location trying to get a late night treat for my partner.Only to have workers inside the place on their phones pacing around after locking their doors.

This is a place to avoid. Charged us $3.99 for each of two single scoop cones, when the sign clearly says they cost $3.39. Then told us it was a "mistake" and the higher price was right. So if it's a "mistake," why don't they change the sign, or let me know it's wrong when I order? Not likely.... Then they rather rudely took the cones back, and we left. Go get a much better ice cream for less money over at Valli.

The few times I've gone to get my favorite ice cream, Pralines and Cream, I've been disgusted. P&C was my favorite flavor growing up in NYC. For the past 5 plus years I've noticed the P&C doesn't taste the same. Tonight my husband surprise me with this ice cream and I am shocked how bad it is. Very Disappointed!

Literally the only Location that told me a drink is discontinued. Whoever is in charge of this restaurant needs to check in because I find it very weird that this is the only location that has a drink that is discontinued but sells right up the block. Staff always has an attitude when they have to make anything else but coffee….hence my drink being discontinued lol

Whoever is in charge needs to check this store, I asked for a milkshake and they straight up just say we don't have. no explainations, no alternate suggestions, they just didn't want to take the time to make the milkshake.the ice cream is there, the blender is there, the fridge with what I assume has the milk is there(and they are right beside a grocery[valli] store too, just in case) , and clearly power is not out. last time I went there they made it and I could see some of the staff shaking their head like "no no" perhaps they didn't want people to expect their milkshakes to be available and the guy messed up by actually accepting the order. Something is wrong here.

Absolutely nasty. The server didn’t wear gloves while handling my food and their uniform was not clean by any standard. Some unknown substance was splattered on the walls and there seemed to be no attempt to clean it up. Not to mention, there were dead fly parts on the spoon they gave me. I can’t bring myself to eat any of the food I purchased there.

There are three locations near our house, but this is the only one that does ice cream cakes. My daughter wanted one for her birthday and online ordering was easy and convenient. Hubby's birthday was the month after and he wanted one too! Again, easy ordering and both were ready as promised. No complaints. They are a Dunkin Donuts too and have a drive thru. They take coupons and honor their rewards program for great deals.

Cool part is it's drive thru which makes it convenient. Please add your flavors to the menu so the guy doesn't have to keep repeating what flavors they have. Came during almost closing time and asked if we could come inside so we can just see the flavors and he said no cause they were closing. So just ordered through drive thru, It was fast and good just like amy other baskin-Robbins.

I am stunned by the overt racism I experienced at this location. They actually locked the door to prevent my husband from going back in after the ruined our order. When I drove through the drive through to receive my correct order, they initially refused to refund me, IN SPITE of the error being their mistake. I will NEVER be back.
