This is one of the best restaurants. First and Foremost, Liz, Patrick, and Rachel could not be nicer hosts. Their split pea soup is amazing. Fish and chips, corned beef, and burgers are so good. We were in town for three nights and went there 4 times. HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Super good food, nice beer selection. We ended up surrounded by about twenty loud people which sort of ruined the moment.
I've always loved this place, and now in the Covid era there is more to love. The food is always high quality (not just "pub" food), the tables are socially distanced, the staff is friendly and the whole atmosphere is safe and welcoming.

Live music! My girlfriend and I were so thrilled to have stumbled in on a whim as new residents of Evanston. We loved the vibes and the band. The bartender was also very friendly and personable (he says he works normally works Tuesdays, but happened to be working on a Saturday night).
