FIVE STAR REVIEW! A pleasant surprise to come upon a small Italian restaurant in the heart of an Evanston neighborhood. The food was superb, especially the lasagna and Caesar salad. Dave’s is the only restaurant I know of who actually makes an authentic Caesar salad. It was delicious. Prices are extremely reasonable and very affordable to any budget. Dave’s is my go to restaurant, now. Their menu is expensive and you never get bored with the food. I take my friends and our-of-town guest to Dave’s frequently. It’s the best Italian food I’ve had in years. Thanks, Dave’s for serving the Evanston. community with great food, atmosphere and service. We will be back, again, soon! Mark & Frances
