Tasty, fresh, authentic alternative to the offerings along the Noyes Street mini restaurant row. The Bibimbop wasn't the big bowl I was expecting but it was prettily assembled and well prepared. The bite-sized mandu with a sweet soy dipping sauce were very tasty indeed. Would return to try other Korean offerings.
If you are looking for authentic and truly delicious Korean comfort food, Soban Korea is an absolutely fantastic choice. The menu offers a great variety of traditional dishes, and everything we ordered tasted incredibly fresh. Always delicious, consistent, fast and fresh. Prices are still reasonable to match the portion sizes. Not huge but not small. Even though the place is smallish and seating can be somewhat limited, guests move in and out regularly and there is rarely much of a wait for a table if any. This is my go to for Korean.
