Edit- The owner of this store gave me a $25 credit to a store closer to me. Thank youOriginally they said they didn’t have delivery drivers and told me to call Skokie Dominos, which I did, and they laughed on the phone that Evanston Dominos would tell me something so strange that they can’t deliver pizza for 40 people with 24 hr notice. Probably a new person. No big deal.I called back and Roger(Smokey) took my order over the phone Feb 18th. He sounded very tired, stoned, bedtime voice, and it made us laugh. After the poor delivery experience it was clear he must’ve been stoned on the call.I asked for a delivery at 4:45 Feb 19th. Pizza for 40 people(mostly children). I ordered 8 pizzas, 5 sodas, and asked for delivery the next night. I paid $120 and thought it was a good deal. I was very worried the order was not accurate from the tone of my sleepy friend, Roger. He assured me he would be in for his shift and deliver my pizza personally. The next day I called when they opened to confirm all the details. Someone new answered and everything sounded good. I was not too worried as long as my guy Rog gets to work, all should go according to the plan. The pizza delivery guy calls at 4:42 to say they are out of the drink I ordered and he’s bringing different sodas with him so he asked what I wanted. I confirmed sprite and orange soda, then asked when he was coming, he hung up on me.Called back 20 minutes later(still no pizza to feed kids) and no answer. Called 4 more times and the call couldn’t go through. Wifey called multiple times until a manager picked up. He explained that Smokey(Roger) the delivery driver was 20 minutes late for his shift so the manager promised he’d get a stern talking to.Now over an hour late we called and called. Eventually the manager answered again to let us know the 8 pizzas were delivered to a random house around the corner from where we were. $120 of pizza just dropped off without double checking it was correct. They refunded me the money. The party was stressed from us being on the phone, 25 kids had only cake to eat, and parents showed up at 7 PM to pick up their sugar rush children. All in all it was a huge waste of time to call Evanston Dominos in the first place.

I got Chicken Parmesan and Coke the other day and used my gift card to pay for it. I only had to pay about 30 something cents plus tips from my credit card. Today I found out that they charged me twice both from my gift card as well as my credit card. So I went to inquire. There was a lean middle-aged man (white) who responded. I explained to him that I was charged twice. I wasn't even angry or asking for a refund. All I wanted was a clarification of why that happened. He wasn't listening to me and kept talking to another customer that was behind me. After explaining to him thrice he said "it's the app and he's not responsible for that. " He was really disrespectful. He is also the same person who called me Augustine when I told him my name was August thrice (a few months back). Such a disrespectful ass. Location: Foster

Never order from this location. I ordered Chicken Wings today. After waiting for more than 50 min at the store, they told me that they don't have Chicken Wings today. During my waiting, they lied to me three times that my Chicken Wings are in the oven. Their employees are all liars.

Amazing place. Good product, trustworthy, good service. Much better experience than Papa John's

Well i should know better. This is the FOURTH TIME they just never showed up with our pizzas. I am the foolish one. I’ve learned. Never, ever, ever order from them. Ever.

Stop!!! Do Not Order From This Location. Poor quality and customer service. The "store manager" Matt should be fired immediately!!! Often, how things are handled are due to the lack of leadership. It started with me waiting 15 minutes to pick up my order as I arrived only because the app said my order was ready. Then to get home and my pizza isn't square cut nor half and half as I ordered. Additionally, no icing for the cinnamon twist(which I purchase an additional one). I immediately contacted the store to only be met with staff playing games as to who was the manager. No one was willing to give their name and the lack of empathy to an already frustrating situation only made it worse. After 10mins of going back and forth with Matt "store manager" repeatedly asking for the corporate number and the name of his boss he offers me a $25 credit to my account for a future order. This was unacceptable as I won't order from this location. Then having to call the following day to obtain the manager's name from the evening before. The demeanor, tone and lack of accountably to right a wrong won't allow me to patronize this location again!

Is too expensive, i bought 30.07 cents just for 10in clasic pepperoni pizza and one sandwiched, and my recibe doesn't show up how much for the items..

Got sick after eating their bbq thin crust chicken pizza. Never again! Buy a frozen and be safe. I also purchased the Philly steaks tots which looked good but not worth it.

They always mess up my order and seem to have a problem with delivery because they never have drivers available and cancel your order. When they do deliver, it usually takes way longer than the ETA and sometimes they "grabbed the wrong pizza"There are much better pizza places in the area but if you do prefer dominos, I would recommend from ordering from another nearby location.

I hardly see great employees like JORDAN he is the guy! Great customer service! Very friendly too. Food was nice and warm.

I called this place and ordered a small pepperoni pizza. It took seven minutes for them to get my information, including my credit card number, for me to then call 40 minutes later and ask where my pizza was. The general manager told me that there was no order under my phone number and then repeatedly interrupted me when I tried to explain that I was concerned about my credit card number being taken. That’s what I get for trying to order from Domino’s.
