My fiancé and I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts and were unfortunately disappointed with our order. We ordered a donut, one iced coffee, one regular coffee, two Wake-Up Wraps, and an everything bagel with egg and cheese. Upon receiving our order, we discovered some items were missing. Additionally, the coffee was excessively sweet and had a watered-down taste. Furthermore, the Wake-Up Wraps took an unusually long time to prepare. We observed that the kitchen staff appeared frustrated, likely due to an incorrect initial order preparation.

This location blows my mind. They will charge you one full dollar if you ask for oatmeal milk Abs they won’t inform you at the moment of ordering soo you are aware. They also charged me for stevia. This was the most expensive coffee I’ve ever had in the area. They need to talk to clients about these extra charges and be nicer to people when questioning. Soo many better coffees around, or bring your own milk and stevia. Oy!!!

Coffee wasn't brewing, nothing fancy in the coffee, folks weren't taking care of other customers, just a long long wait for someone to finally pull the coffee out of the container it had been sitting in all morning. Will not be coming back.

At 8:10 A.M. I visited this Dunkin Donuts, and the experience was not good at all.
I ordered
1 medium Iced Decaf Coffee
1 small hot coffee
4 orders of 6pc Hash Browns
I went to my car and went in the bag to eat hash brown, and they were Luke warm and dry. So I go back in to tell them that the hash browns were not fresh and hot, and they looked at me like I was lying.
They took the hash browns back, and they said that they gave me a fresh order, but when I looked at them and tasted them again, they tasted like they re- warmed them and gave me the same ones back and they burnt them.
Then I tasted my coffee, and it wasn't strong at all it tasted like sugar water, and my husband said the same thing about his Iced coffee.
The next time I am out that way, I will not stop at that Dunkin Donuts.
Ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich. Bagel tasted stale, the egg was tasteless, cheese tasted synthetic but the bacon of alright. Ordered a mango juice energy drink which was far too sweet. Needed to wait for the ice to diluted the overwhelming sugary taste. If I eat here ever again I'm certainly ordering something else.

Horrible service lazy employees and poor quality food. If you go through the drive-thru expect to wait a couple of minutes just for them to answer the intercom when the line is empty and then the employee will forget your order and then ask again at the window. Have any special requests for your coffee like no sugar or light cream? No worries, they will always drown it in sugar and cream and act like that’s what you ordered. Fancy a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel? Get ready for them to burn your bagel and to mutilate your sandwhich so much that it barely resembles something edible. The employees clearly take no pride in their work, and that’s comparing them to other Dunkin locations. Skip this spot, drive the extra 2-minutes to another Dunkin along your commute. Vote with your dollars and make sure this place closes or gets their act together.
