This is not the Chicken Shack of old. I asked for my fish well done for two orders. Not well done. Huge cuts of fish which isn’t cooked thoroughly. They put 1/4 fries in the order. Poor customer service and food. Won’t be ordering again.

I’ve been coming to Chicken Shack for about 12 years and the quality continues to go down each time I’ve gone. I normally get wings with fries and as of lately, the wings are super tiny, salty, and old. You can tell that they’re reheating the wings because they’re not fresh. The meat is dry and dark. They give you a fair amount of unsalted fries mounted on top of the chicken to distract you from the size of the wings. Sometimes the wings are so greasy that it soaks through the box and paper bag they pack your order in. They have a small area to sit and eat but, people often opt to grab it and go because the inside looks so dated and depressing. I honestly think the food is for people who indulge in late night drinking. They have a small parking lot that you have to be careful getting in and out of. However, I think the Chicken Shack has run its course with me. I’m always disappointed with my food every time I try to give them another chance. I’ve finally decided that they can’t have anymore of my money.Parking: Parking is limited and very tight.

the shack is extremely reliable and everything is adequately good; i mean, nothing is outstanding, but it’s reliable, predictable, consistent and satisfyingly good. …and a good value. the rib tips are very good. the biggest plus is that they are open late and deliver.

We were blown away by the fried cod. The pieces were big and perfectly fried with the light breading actually being crunchy and having flavor. Way better than normal fish n chips that most places make. Definitely looking forward to going back for that cod.
