How lucky are we to have Evanston Pour?
I always pop in when I’m up here and I’m really glad I remembered I could come here as I was leaving an early am beach event.
This spinach feta quiche is the stuff of perfection.
Wait the 12 mins to have it heated up for you and TAKE YOUR TIME to enjoy it.
I also love that they knew what I was referring to when I said I wanted the coffee “on tap” for my mug…

Calm atmosphere, ideal for working on a laptop or studying. They make pretty good drinks too.
Pour feels like the closest thing to an authentic European-style coffee shop I’ve come across ☕🇪🇺 It has a really unique concept—by evening it transforms into a wine bar 🍷, which adds a lot of character to the place. I also like that laptop use is only allowed at the counter, which keeps the main seating area more relaxed and conversation-focused instead of everyone staring at screens 💬✨
