This is a solid place! The food is fresh and delicious, service is always on point and a great crowd. It is one of our go to places.
The good is always wonderful. I love their burgers, and whoever I go with, they order and enjoy a pizza. Unfortunately, the acoustics are poor; it's hard to hear dinner companions or the staff. And to make the matters worse, while I love kids, there are always kids screaming. I wish they would seat people with kids separately from adults without kids. I also wish the parents would teach - restaurant behavior. Kids scream, while their parents don't say a word. Well, I guess the food is worth it. Yum yum!
We asked the host to sit us in a booth away from the drafty glass window. She said there were no booths available even though we saw 5 booths that were empty. She sat us near the glass window and it was so very cold. I didn't enjoy any part of being there because I was cold the whole time. Accommodate the customer. Simple. My review is directly reflective of the host's behavior who doesn't know what it means to accommodate a paying customer.
I don't ever write reviews but had to after this one, it was an awful dining experience in every aspect. Save your money and eat elsewhere.
VERY noisy and cold if you have an unfortunate seat near the door. The drink and food delivery was slow. We ordered the cauliflower as a starter. Although it was cooked correctly the flavor was totally bland. It was requested that the dressing be tossed with the lettuce and chicken before going into the wrap but it was not done.
The service was fantastic and the most perfectly pulled pint of Guinness I have had in a while! Nice atmosphere. We had pizza, chicken club ranch and cheese curds. The food was good, not great. We really liked the atmosphere and the location.
The hamburger was tasty, but overcooked. Medium rare was medium. Sweet potato fries were outstanding.
Great atmosphere and good staff. We went for Wednesday night trivia which was a lot of fun! The $5 trivia drink specials can’t be beat! They have a really good variety of drinks and food options. I got the veggie delight pizza in the 5x7 size which was a perfect portion for one person. The pizza was pretty good. Lots of vegetarian options too.

When we are in town, we frequently eat at Firehouse Grill. We like the outdoor seating and the past food quality. However, this was a bad experience as all of our food order did not come at the same time and thus most in our group had finished before the last person received their order. And that person was a child. Many other restaurants frequently try to get children's orders out early or at least with all the adults. Other food items were only warm and not hot. An order of fries was very soft, not crisp.
After years of just driving past, I finally came for lunch and was pretty happy with what we got. We noticed that the food runner had bit of an attitude problem, however our server (Cindy I think?) was really great! She was really on it with noticing kitchen errors before we even had a chance to say anything. Even went so far as to comp my drinks because a pizza re-fire takes a while… and after the second one came (still wrong) she suggested a side of crumbled bacon since it was all that was missing, this time. Service errors happen, but the impressive part is being ahead of the guests, and anticipating their needs before it even gets to be a problem. So kudos to her! I love a good pan pizza and was more or less surprised at how much I enjoyed this one. Definitely will be back!

Good burgers. I especially like their Fish and Chips. I can tell that it's beer-battered. Tastes so good. Their staff were attentive and friendly.
My only suggestion is for the kitchen to learn how to pack fried items for carryout orders so they don't turn soggy. Rather than immediately putting fried items in the carryout container, let them sit out for a little bit before packing them. Alternatively, perhaps the restaurant could look into using ventilated containers for fried items or simply cut holes in the containers. If Firehouse Grill can do this right, the experience would be perfect.

I've never been here before and was looking forward to sitting on the patio. When I left I realized that the chair was so filthy my green pants were now streaked with black. The beverage my husband ordered they didn't have. The beverage he received came in a plastic glass that was leaking all over the place. The hamburger my husband ordered the waiter forgot to ring up so by the time his meal came he had eaten half of mine and he no longer wanted it. Other then that, fabulous
Food was good service was very friendly. Just the music was playing was a little bit annoying sound like video games music lol.

It's 2024, are yall not tired of being racist? You had a whole camera in your face and still decided to tell a black man that there is a HANGING TREE in your yard?yall do know that we're not our ancestors and we WILL MATCH YOUR ENERGY. Service was awful. Food is bland, some was undone. Workers had attitudes, rolling eyes, cursing under breath. Overall wouldn't recommend
