We ordered ahead because it usually takes 45 minutes for a deep dish pizza to be prepared. We arrived on time. We waited 10 minutes to get seated. After being told the pizza was almost ready, we waited another 25 minutes. The pizza was brought out and looked cold. Sure enough, it had been sitting for a while and due to the place being short staffed, they didn't think to deliver it to our table. No apology. We asked to have it heated up but it still didn't feel right.

This was my first experience with deep dish pizza on my first trip to the Chicago area and honestly I couldn’t imagine a tastier pie! The toppings were flavorful, the cheese nice and melty, and the sauce was savory and not too sweet, just how I like it. Thanks Eleanor for the awesome service!

so delicious!! my first time trying deep dish and it did not disappoint-we got the chicago classic and honestly the crust surprised me and quickly became the star of the show. Our server Anne was the best, she was super friendly and we had a great time !
