Throw garbage All over the place. This place is on the wrong place should move somewhere by the red line. Police need to patrol this area more often !!!!

First time & LAST TIME! We ordered $80 worth of food & it was disgusting! Portions small but BIG PRICES! Ordered goat soup but very little goat meat inside! Brown stewed chicken with baby leg & thigh!! Rice & Peas dry & tasted very old. Standard size of sliced carmel cake $9.00!! Spoke with the Manager, she just gave alot of excuses!! I wish I could've given -0!!!!!

Never ever order from this place!!! Worst food in the city! Canned greens no season!!! Worst jerk shrimp i ever had!! Rice old and dry! And they over charge for this garbage!!! If I could give this place negative stars I would!!! Negative 10 out of 5!!! KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! STRAIGHT TRASH!!!

I ate there many times before and it was no complaint. However, this time, I feel like I received a lunch plate as a dinner but paid forty-five dollars and twenty cents. Hmmm. That is my last time buying there. I would understand that price, if I was being entertained, or/ and enjoying the atmosphere. It was also service with no smile..ugh. Moreover, I had better food for less. Mi caah believe dem ah do we like dat. Smh. Di place nice but di food to expensive.

Service was good. Atmosphere was nice. Food not so great. $29 for 8 “jerk” wings and 2 small sides is crazy. The jerk was nowhere to be found and the rice & beans were as dry as ben shapiros wife. I will say the candied yams were actually really good tho.

Ordered Uber eats they gave me old chicken and it was terrible cabbage wasn’t good at all as well .. also spent 37 bucks on this terrible food never again

It has been a while since we have come here. But my husband and I came out since we have always really liked the food at this restaurant.

The reason why I am giving 2 stars:
-Menu: they didn’t have many of the things on the menu. We had asked for at least two different appetizers (once we were told our first option they didn’t have it). We had originally wanted loaded nachos, didn’t have it. We then asked for beef patties. Didn’t have it. So then we asked what did they have and they gave us few options. Would have been nice to know right off the bat that they’d be short on things on the menu. We went with the jerk chicken rolls.

-Food: I ordered salmon sliders with Mac n cheese. The Mac n cheese tasted good but it looked very old and not fresh whatsoever. Poor presentation
My husband ordered brown stew chicken. The chicken was burnt! Everything else was fine.

-Dessert: we were looking at the menu for dessert when told that they have NO desserts other than ice cream.

Then the food is pretty expensive! It is more expensive than it was 2 years ago. They have the nerve to add an 18% gratuity automatically and still ask for additional tip , and it’s already expensive. Something to think about.

We were disappointed this time around.

I dined in with a gorup of my friends for the first time ever and was exceptionally impressed. me and my friends have been wanting to try Good to Go for a while and finally decided to go. the atmosphere was absolutely gravitating. The host greeted us very cheerfully accomodating our reservation request exactly. The server was also very welcoming and knowledgeable about menu options, and made suggestions of the top dishes to choose from. They have an extensive menu which allowed us to all choose different dishes and we ended up sharing as a group. The drinks were also amazing. I would definitely reccomend trying their signature cocktails. They also provide live music on friday's enhancing the experience with nice cultural sounds. Will be back for sure.

Vegetarian options: Curry vegetables was very refreshing and filling

Parking: The parking lot was very accessible. They have a private lot directly accross the street and easy to find There is also street parking and a cheap pay to park lot right beside the building

Excellent service, friendly atmosphere, clean, plenty of parking, and the food is authentic Jamaican food. It's well worth the travel.

Went there last weekend, the atmosphere is always great, and the service is always great. No live music that particular Friday night. However, they still played music over the system, and the food was great. Shrimp fried rice, and my rum punch was on point. Goodtogo keeps striving every time. I will always support good businesses, especially our black businesses, out in the community. Evanston is a nice area to hang out in for fun.

I never had an oxtail omelette and it was delicious! My grandbaby enjoyed her fried chicken and french fries….. I do recommend that you offer a children’s menu for those picky eaters?…. I loved the atmosphere and the service was very welcoming….
Looking forward to trying the rooftop and the live music….. Also, the photographer was on point . He took some amazing pictures.

Oh my God their tacos are the bomb! I had the shrimp and they were the size of prawns and deveined and the sauce was out of this world I highly recommend the tacos. Tacos are a nice big portion too

The food is very good. I had one experience where the food did not look or taste fresh, that's why I gave them 3 stars in that area. Also, they reduced their portion sizes and drastically increased the price. I paid over $30 for a jerk chicken wing dinner that was $19 a few months ago. That's a huge jump in pricing.
