Lou Malnati's Reviews
Amazing Chicago style pizza...definitely recommend the pizza crust chip/dip appetizer!
Although there's always a debate about the best deep dish pizza in Chicago, our favorite has always been Lou Malnati's. We dined at the Evanston location as we often do. Ordered the Lou's Bruschetta and a Deep Dish Chicago Classic pizza with mushrooms. Everything was delicious! A special shout-out to Jasmina G (our server). She was probably the most attentive server I have ever experienced. Always stopping by our table to make sure everything was tasting good and we didn't need...read full review

Lou Malnati's Pizzeria is a go-to spot for classic Chicago pizza, known for having the best deep dish pizza in the Chicago area. The deep dish pizza crust is deliciously crunchy, and the cheese pulls are the best. The thin crust pizza is also amazing. Beyond pizza, the house salads are phenomenal, with mouth wateringly good croutons and fresh ingredients. The ravioli appetizers are excellent, and the lasagna is a favorite. Other starters like the Italian beef bites are fun, and the bruschetta is outstanding. The atmosphere is preferred over other locations, and the staff are generally friendly and efficient. Servers like Jasmina and Richie provide outstanding customer service, being attentive, pleasant, and helpful. Finding parking close can be tricky, but walking a block or two is manageable. For takeout, orders are always right and cooked correctly. The deep dish takes a while to arrive, so guests should bring cards or a game to entertain themselves while waiting.
