Typical McD’s. Food was tasty and service was nice and lobby also was clean. The only thing I didn’t care for was inability to refresh drink as self- service fountain was roped off. Otherwise, staff was exceptionally nice.

Dont order here through app. Put a mobile order in through the app. Get home before realize order is wrong. Had to wait 7 mins with no one in front for cold wrong order. App tells me I must dispute at store. Store tells me I have to dispute in app. The franchise can't seem to understand why its losing so much. This gross cold chicken is my plain quarter pounder.....

Worst service at McDonald’s today. I ordered a Coke and simply asked for less ice, but the employee told me that ‘the machine made it, not him.’ That makes no sense—just make the drink with less ice! If you don’t like your job, maybe it’s time to find something else. Disappointing experience.

When I ordered a plain vanilla sundae, they gave me half of a sundae. When I spoke with the manager she said it's only supposed to be 3 swirls. Well they did not fill the cup with each swirl. Since I wasn't getting a fudge, Carmel or strawberry topping, I thought she would accommodate me and put a little more in to fill the cup. The cup was literally half full and the swirls were small narrow swirls. They really need to train staff to fill the sundae cups which will represent $2.99 for a sundae. I spent $3 for a half cup of vanilla ice cream which was NOT 3 FULL SWIRLS. SMH!

I'm a fatty who likes to eat McDonald's after my kid goes to bed, so I get delivery through the app, probably (definitely) more than I should. Every so often the app sends the order to this store (vs the one literally 2 blocks from me, but I digress). My order has been wrong Every. Single. Time. They must be going for a record for how many orders they can send out incorrectly. Get it together, y'all.
Management doesn't care is the problem here. This was like this at both lunch and dinner. Bathroom filthy.

This location is sketchy. Alot of toxic and quick harassment types hang around this location. You can tell the employees are tired of the atmosphere too. Given they all hold half dead expressions on their faces when they call an order or hand you your meal. Its uncomfortable. If you have to eat at this location id avoid going inside.
