There is ALWAYS a problem with something when I go here. You can tell there's just no pride in there work. Now if you go down Dempster, to the Skokie location, you'll experience what I mean. TOTALLY different experience! And you won't have to ask for hot fries, they'll come that way! It's a bit out my way, but we'll worth the drive, as it's not like I go every day.

We got to the place and ordered. First window nobody was there so we went to the second window and the worker came with a rude attitude and started yelling so we yelled back and he started cursing and saying slurs. We asked for the manager The manager came and knew who was wrong and and yelled at the worker and the manger gave us our food for free because of the bad customer service.

The service in the afternoon and evening has always been good. The morning’s service is pretty bad. On multiple occasions I’ve had items missing, a promise of a refund that never came, and rude behavior for something as trivial as politely asking for an extra condiment (again, routinely I find that my bag is missing items).

One of the better McDonald’s I have been to. This place can be a bit slower, but I love their hot fries and burgers that are tasty. Sometimes this place gets overwhelmed by the nearby high schoolers, but otherwise, I like this McDonald’s.

I went to use the restroom before placing an order, and it was absolutely filthy. The worst part was that the men's restroom didn't even have a toilet paper. I was so disgusted, I immediately left without ordering anything.

There was a bite taken out of my hamburger…. This needs to be shut down and reported. I could’ve gotten sick… Lord only knows what they did to the rest of my food….I know it was not the delivery driver because the tape was still intact on the bag. Quite disgusted.

I stopped by McDonald's for a quick burger before catching my bus, expecting the "fast food" experience they advertise. Unfortunately, the workers took over 10 minutes to prepare a simple hamburger. Because of the delay, my bus arrived before my order was ready, and I had to leave without my food. The food’s not even that good, so it shouldn’t take this long anyway—it’s supposed to be a quick snack!

I went to dine in; but they had like 5 parking spaces that were taken. They also had live 7 curbside pick up space that weren’t taken. But I wasn’t about to find out if they tow.
McD does not feel safe for evening dine in, people seating are poking and washrooms areas occupied like gangs... Mcd need to pay attention to such ensure people prefer McD for evening eatery..
