The white guy there I think he's a delivery driver makes the most disgusting comments about some lady coming in not speaking English. He said how do they get drivers license and don't speak English. Then goes on to say I don't like them being here taking up all the door dash jobs. And when he was confronted by me it's a even bigger problem. And when I told his manager who was standing right there he acts like he didn't here none of the nonsense his coworker was saying. And when I said do you hear the disgusting comments he is making he all like no and handle the situation extremely poorly letting his disrespectful employee continue to talk to people that way. And be extremely disrespectful to me when he got called out. Pizza hut do better.

Worse pizza ever ?? nasty uncooked personal cheese pizza. My son won a free personal pizza from school for reading and he was so excited about it. I knew better bu I was hopeful. Went in to order but the cashier said I had to order it on the app ? while she talked to another costumer about how rude the last costumer was. I tried to place an order on the app but couldn't pay, so I picked to pay in store. She was able to accept my coupon magically. Finally got the pizza and it was dough and the cheese was barely ? melted. My son wanted to try it but I wouldn't allow it. I tossed the pizza and gave him $10 and got him some wingstop.

I ordered a pizza on 10/2023. It was supposed to arrive at 6:38. At 6:53, I called because it hadn't arrived: they said it was out for delivery and there was nothing they could do. At 7:03, I called and was they put me on hold for two minutes before I hung up. I have no pizza and it has taken twice as long as they projected. I called one final time and they called the driver who claimed to be five.minutes away. They offered me nothing for the 35+ minute late pizza that was supposed to take 30 mins. This place is worse than worthless. I'm vever ordering from here again and suggest that you don't either.

Waited 3 hours for my food just for it to arrive 3 hours old, dried pizza and dried cheese bread. Oh and forgot my drink!! Will never return! Who ever the women was on the phone tonight decided get aggravated instead of offering any type of help or apology so get a different lady ya need it.

They forgot to include the sauce for my breadsticks. I even asked if the sauce was in there and she said "Yes, the sauce is already in the bag".

I got Chicken Parmesan and coke the other day and used my gift card to pay for it. I only had to pay about 30 something cents plus tips from my credit card. Today I found out that they charged me twice both from my gift card as well as my credit card. So I went to inquire. There was a lean middle-aged man (white) who responded. I explained to him that I was charged twice. I wasn't even angry or asking for a refund. All I wanted was a clarification of why that happened. He wasn't listening to me and kept talking to another person that was behind me. After explaining to him thrice he said "it's the app and he's not responsible for that. " what app? he wasn't even listening to what I was saying. He was really disrespectful. He is the same person who called me Augustine when I told him my name was August thrice. janet was super chill and accommodating to us when we asked about our special offers and helped us claim breadsticks and cinnamon sticks for our reward! our app wasnt working and she was super kind about it and offered to help us navigate the offers by calling nearby locations but ultimately worked it out with us. were super grateful for her and this honestly made our day.
