I'm so glad we finally found some great authentic Jamaican food close to home! Our first time trying Taste of Jamaica was for a delivery order. We ordered the beef patties and jerk chicken plates and every part of the meal was flavorful. The rice and beans were some of the best I've ever had. Jerk chicken pieces were seasoned and marinated well even without the jerk sauce. That said, adding that slightly sweet, spicy jerk sauce really elevated the experience. If you dont like it too spicy thisnjs for you! /his is by far the best Jamaican spot yet ! The sauce is delicious, the meats were tender and soft. Cabbage was my favorite. Would 100% go back everytime I'm in town. Only opinion: if you are not serving an item at that time it should not be on the menu
