I celebrated my birthday last night in this great place. happy to tell that we enjoyed a marvelous evening and the place was clearly the reason for the successful evening. The crew helped in a graceful style, the cooking was extremely good and my friends were very glad. We shall absolutely visit again for more events. thanks very much.

I call to order food from Pizza Hut on Valentine Day. The employees were rude and did not want to let my daughter know what specials that they had. My middle daughter told us that she has an account with Pizza Hut and that she will order our food. The food was promise to be at my home in 45 minutes. It would have been 7:30 pm. I prefer carryout over delivery, I think it saves a lot of time and hassles. From order to pick up it usually takes about 15-20 minutes. Pizza is always fresh and the staff is really nice. I know it can be frustrating when you have to wait a long tIme but this is a small operation (it seems to me) and sometimes it's going to take awhile, yes they can get pretty busy at peak times (weekends, dinnertime, game nights), but I'm glad they're there, the drive to pick up isn't too far and there's plenty of parking. Also again, staff is always friendly and it seems they're doing the best they can under busy times. This location's pizza is by far the best quality PH pizza, compared to other nearby locations.

I first arrived to see Dala, working on my wings without gloves, he then came by to collect payment. I explained that I had a coupon, he then said "we don't do that here, go order it online. I tried, then explained it wasn't working, he then said well I can't help you, I asked if I can speak to someone else. He said his manager is home probably sleeping, then he grabbed the food and walked away. I then asked him for his name, he ignored me... the delivery driver came and said hi and was actually was friendly, I then asked him for his name, he said why did something happened. I explained the situation and he showed empathy and gave me the name of the employee. It was very disappointing having an employee working that doesn't want to be there. He didn't care, he didn't want to be there he wasn't helpful at all. I'm really disappointed, I've never had an issue with Janet.
