First time visiting Prairie Moon this evening. It was very fantastic. We ordered the catfish nugget appetizer to start which was spot on delicious. I then had the shrimp and crawfish ettofiee with an added blackened catfish filet which I must say was absolutely out of this world amazing. Every flavor was there and spot on. The food tasted fantastic and the portions were huge. Staff was very friendly and the overall atmosphere was cosy.

Most likely the best happy hour deals in Evanston. Many bars don't even have one, and if they do, discounts are miniscule. We love how happy hour includes drinks and bites. Dinner is always solid. Not the most gourmet pasta (not homemade), but tasty and worth the reasonable price.
We haven't taken advantage of their Wednesday Jazz nights, but we appreciate the late hour (for Evanston, anyway) entertainment.
