Amazing Food and Great Customer Service! Not only is their sushi the best in town, but they are so great. We ordered a delivery and it was missing one item. They made a point to quickly correct it by bringing it to us. I know this was probably difficult for them, but it really made my family's evening dinner complete as it was a special occasion. Every one is so friendly and it's such a lovely place to get sushi and other classic Japanese food like Udon and Bento box meals. It's a smaller place with an array of Japanese goods like rice, snacks, seasonisn, and other good things to stock your pantry on. Such a nice place to browse and have a lunch meal sitting either outside or in when the weather is nice!
My go-to spot for sushi. Extremely good quality for the price, and they have a few specialty rolls (nothing mind blowing unique). This place is simple, great pricing, easy parking. if you're eating sushi regularly this place is #1. If I was going all out I wouldn't recommend here, but for the daily sushi eater nothing beats this! This place is primarily take-out but they do have some indoor And exterior seating options.
Parking: Tiny lot further east on Dempster. Sometimes it's full, but you can hazards easily to run in and grab your order.
Wheelchair accessibility: The door is flat off of the sidewalk.

I'm going to be honest, I was skeptical. But this sushi is delicious!! I recommend all of the rolls and nigiri we ordered: oshinko, tamago, mango, spicy yellow tail, spicy Mexican, chu toro, and mackerel.
The oshinko and tamago were a little smaller than typical but great for the price of only $3 each! They were the perfect intro sushi for our kids who loved them.
This is probably a new favorite of ours!

a hole-in-the-wall restaurant. i love this place so much. its has tables for eating and a mini grocery store inside it that sells asian products that you can't find in evanston. the food is so good and the service is great.

Very good local sushi joint. I messed up the date in my order and they were 100% understanding and accommodating. It's good, solid sushi. Also one of the few places I've found where you can buy sashimi grade sushi to take home. Not too pricey for Evanston, either!
