I love this cafè so much! Everything is so great and the food and drinks are amazing! I would 100% recommend this.
Baristas are kinda rude - they kept making extremely loud jokes that cut through the quiet atmosphere to the point that some customers had to move outside because of the noise.
Their attitudes were all over the place. The male barista was VERY obviously unhappy, rude, and snide to some other customers. Im sure the rest of the baristas are very nice people but that’s my experience.
The time wasn’t even rush hour — the male barista was just being difficult.

A common point of criticism across multiple reviews is the background music volume, which is frequently described as too loud, ear-pounding, or at a deafening decibel, making conversation difficult. The cafe is almost always filled with students working on laptops, and it gets super busy in the morning, so finding a table for groups or a close parking spot can be a challenge. Despite the crowds, the location is considered very reliable for picking up orders. Overall, it is regarded as one of the nicest Starbucks around, with a great staff and a welcoming atmosphere, though the music volume is a significant drawback for many customers.
