Recently stopped by this Starbucks to hang out and grab a snack. Pretty polarizing experience. The young lady who took my order was so warm, present, and patient. This made me feel better about returning to this Starbucks after previously boycotting it for an experience in the past—long wait times, forgetting my order, low ice seeming to mean double ice, dismissive attitudes from multiple staff.
