18 minutes in the not even full drive through line. This Starbucks is pretty consistently wildly slow- like are you guys milking the cow in there? What is taking so long?

If there are other options, I would recommend avoiding this Starbucks. Today, I encountered a male staff member whose attitude was exceptionally rude and condescending. My 8-year-old son initially ordered a lemonade with strawberries, and it was only when I asked if it contained caffeine that he reluctantly confirmed it did. Shouldn’t it be the staff’s responsibility to proactively inform us when a child orders a caffeinated drink?
Additionally, I ordered an iced coffee but was served a hot one instead. This could have been easily corrected, but when I pointed out the mistake, he curtly asked whether I wanted 'iced water' or 'iced coffee' instead of simply fixing the issue. His expression remained hostile throughout the entire interaction, and there wasn’t even a simple apology, making me feel as if I was the one at fault.
This has been, by far, my worst experience at Starbucks in recent years

Great location! The baristas are always helpful, patient, and joyful. I come in on most evenings and Tim is a great barista! He makes the atmosphere welcoming, and he always has a kind word to say. Good place to work while you enjoy your coffee. Highly recommend!

The shift supervisor here was really helpful when i came here. They treat military members very well! Pretty good staff.

Despite coming in almost at closing time with some friends, I was still given good service and smiles. The guy at the register (can't remember his name) was great, and we were cracking jokes and laughing together. Good Frappe too, with good service speed.
