Not sure why this is such a terrible Starbucks. Staff seems genuinely upset about working here and it shows. Not an atmosphere I want to be in that’s for sure. Like going into the DMV! Hahaha.

Wonderful baristas and great managers. Everybody is always super sweet, thoughtful and very welcoming. Great way to start a day- cup of coffee and a little chit chat with one of the baristas. 5⭐️ all the way!

Walked in to have a morning coffee, loudly said to the baristas and the manager "Good morning!" and nobody acknowledged my presence. 30 seconds later the manager took my order. Everybody acted like they are too busy even though there were only a few people in the shop. I mean how difficult is it to acknowledge a guest, say good morning, and thank them for an order. Starbucks has become an expensive coffee fast food instead of a quality coffee shop.

This is your typical Starbucks with good service and the food and drinks are as expected most of the time. However, the atmosphere is not conducive to reading, talking, or working, which is what most people do at a coffee shop. The music is more along the lines of dance mix, which is great if you want to dance, but no so great if you want to engage in any of the normal coffee shop activities. I kindly asked the staff to turn down the music a bit, and they dismissively said they would. They didn't. I left it at that. All to say, if you want to run in and run out, or just read social media on your phone, the atmosphere will pass, but if you desire to have conversation, read a book, or work, good luck with that.

Would be a great place if it were not for the hordes of noisy pushy kids that show up weekdays after school. Too much rough housing and noise ruins the joy of a quality coffee house. Please put a stop to it! Other than that, the service is excellent and the Baristas are very pleasant to deal with. The only other problem here other than the wild kids is the combination locks on the restroom doors. They should be removed.

I've been coming to this starbucks for 5 weeks straight. Everyday is such a pleasant and quiet experience. Even if I'm relaxing at a table enjoying coffee or my own tea from home. Employees or manager comes by and serves free samples of coffee cake and chai latte when they need to. Overall, I have not had any bad experiences at this location. There was one time my drink was made wrong but we are all humans. Maybe the cashier didn't hear me. I brought it up to their attention and they instantly remade my drink. They're nice and fast here. Thank you
