Ordered ground bison to make burgers ....oh wow! The best bison I've ever had, and very reasonable prices. I'll be ordering more very soon!!

Very limited selection and somewhat pricey, but they do what they do quite well. I'm not sure I completely buy the "value proposition" here, they read as being better suited to a "delivery warehouse" model rather than a "brick and mortar storefront", but that is for them to work out. Parking could be an issue, but as they are in the neighborhood for me, easy walking distance, that isn't my issue.
