Would be a great place if it were not for the hordes of noisy pushy kids that show up weekdays after school. Too much rough housing and noise ruins the joy of a quality coffee house. Please put a stop to it! Other than that, the service is excellent and the Baristas are very pleasant to deal with. The only other problem here other than the wild kids is the combination locks on the restroom doors. They should be removed.

I've been coming to this starbucks for 5 weeks straight. Everyday is such a pleasant and quiet experience. Even if I'm relaxing at a table enjoying coffee or my own tea from home. Employees or manager comes by and serves free samples of coffee cake and chai latte when they need to. Overall, I have not had any bad experiences at this location. There was one time my drink was made wrong but we are all humans. Maybe the cashier didn't hear me. I brought it up to their attention and they instantly remade my drink. They're nice and fast here. Calm and quiet for an early morning. Grabbed coffee and a bite to eat before I hopped on the nearby metra train. The order and takeout process was fast and efficient. I got the seasonal apple crisp shaken espresso and it was delicious as always.

I ordered drinks and breakfast sandwiches through Uber Eats from this Starbucks and the two breakfast sandwiches came frozen in their plastic wrappers in the paper Starbucks bags. When I called the store to complain I was told that some customers order them that way (which seems idiotic and a fabrication to me) and I was out of luck. When I asked for a manager, I was told they didn't have one. I'm asking Uber for a refund and recommending this particular Starbucks be avoided. They suck.

I came to this location today for a cup of coffee before heading over to Ping Spa. It's walking distance from the Main Street CTA Purple Line train station. I ordered ahead through the Starbucks app about 5 or so minutes prior to arriving, and my drink was already waiting for me at the mobile order area. The barista followed my instructions for customizations like less ice and almond milk which I appreciate. The coffee shop is very clean and surprisingly very busy on a Tuesday holiday afternoon. A ton of people were hanging out there and enjoying their beverages. The only con about this experience is no one said hello to me, and I helped myself to my drink in the mobile order area. Usually I get a greeting at other Starbucks locations regardless if I'm ordering in person or not. Other than that I don't have any issues. I also like that they have the store manager and district manager's business cards by the trash can and napkins area, I thought that it's interesting that it's located by the door. I would've preferred it to be by the order pick up area so I can immediately throw away my trash, grab whatever I need and enjoy my drink. I'd come back here again in the future for their efficiency and accuracy, and I'd recommend this place to anyone in the area having a taste for Starbucks.

Shout out to Mona! Very friendly and very professional! Not only she makes the best coffee but she remembers the preferences of yours once you become a regular customer! My current fav is Oleato caffè Latte w 2 (yes 2!) extra espresso shot. Velvety smooth and delicious! If you're sweet toothed and loves Frappuccino, this is not for you. Its pricey but once in awhile it's ok to treat yourself.

I always get the brown sugar shaken espresso here & am starting to feel so frustrated that it's a hit or miss depending on who makes it. Barista's should all be extensively trained so that the quality of the drinks are always the same. So disappointed when my coffee is amazing one day and then the next it tastes like straight oat milk. Same with the matcha, which is sometimes so watered down. I'm tired of wasting my money here and having to gamble when I want a treat for myself.
