I usually have a wonderful experience at this Starbucks location. My visit today 10/11/25 was subpar. I ordered through the driver thru per usual and realized the digital menu was blacked out. I attempted to notify the employee taking my order but she cut me off and stated “ it’s blank because you haven’t placed an order yet.” I shared that at many other locations the screen is always bright with Starbucks menus options. After I ordered a tall pecan hot late the menu screen was still blacked out. During this interaction the employee’s tone wasn’t friendly or inviting so I asked if everything was okay and if she was having a good day. Once i drove around to the window my order wasn’t ready and in fact the employee heard my order wrong. She brought an ice pecan late. I then needed to wait again, i want to note that I paid through the app and provided my name , however my drink did not have the company signature customers name written or a smiley face, the actual drink wasn’t even checked off. While the employee apologized for my wait and that this Starbucks location had recently fixed the menus screen. The entire experience left me uncomfortable and i wasn’t even offered a customer forgiveness gift card or anything for that matter.
Sabene at this location she rocks she is such a wonderful person. I came in not sure what the drink I wanted .I want I only had a photo and she made me the exact drink that I wanted. She’s a phenomenal person. I went back a couple of times just because of the service that I had experience with her she’s amazing.

I asked for a no ice, I didn’t ask if it was extra (I didn’t care) they gave me ice and when I mentioned I didn’t want ice they take it out and give me half full cup. I paid a full price for half a cup.

No drip coffee after 5pm. Why? I really thought that your whole business was literally sell COFFEE.
Maheen was the best worker ever. Her attitude and way of working was just amazing. I git a Ventk java chip and it was the best thing ever. She made it so good. And also was very nice

Lydia & Co. makes my drinks consistently EVERY time. It’s so refreshing to get what you pay for every time. It’s always hit or miss at the surrounding Starbucks yet you still have to pay for drinks that don’t taste like they should.
My teen ordered 2 mocha cookie crumble frapuchinos one was white mocha and the other was a regular mocha. The barista at the 1pm shift was really rude and gave my daugher a White mocha frapuchino and when my daughter said this was not what she ordered and if she would mind fixing it she got mad and told her that the problem was how she had orderd it and thats why she had charged extra and proceeded to say it was not her problem and she wouldn't remake the drink. Later we realized we got scamed because the frapuchino didn't even have White mocha in it. It was a plain old coffee frapuchino. My daugher is really upset and so am I. We feel very dicrimitanted against because of our latina skin tone if we had been white she would have remade it with no problem. Very disapointed in the barista.
The worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Some white kid with a baseball cap gave me a tall iced coffee instead of an americano. Unfortunately I was in too much of a hurry to notice until I was driving home.
