Hands down, my favorite local Starbucks. Have been going there regularly for years and know most of the baristas by first name (and vice versa)! They're awesome!

Horrible experience.
Barist didn't want to show me the difrent size cups they have .
Then she just left and another one had to come and restart the order.
Other barist there ask her why she walked away and she said "because he is paying cash"
The other gril looked at me and said he has a card.

I ordered my drink through the app to ensure it is ordered correctly and received it, but it was made wrong and on top of that I was given attitude by the barista. I indicated to the cashier that this is made wrong there should be no water. Instead of indicating oh I’m sorry let me remake this, the lady gave it back to the barista who originally made it and she just filled the SAME DRINK with additional ice tea. ?‍♀️ I indicated to her the drink is not made with water to let her know when remaking it and then she then said I made this it’s not made wrong. I indicated to her AGAIN how the drink is made so she can adjust it and remake it, instead she takes the cup and makes it to a point it taste like milk. Ive never had a bad experience in a Starbucks until now.

So we pulled in to order and the guy was rude while we were ordering. While we pulled up to pay he was rudely telling us to answer the question and then started shacking the monitor for us to pay. Later he repeated our order correctly so we thought it was fine. Then we receive our order and it is completely the wrong size and he started getting mad at us as if we didn’t tell him. Later he tells us to pay again and tells us to pull up. After waiting 10 minutes to receive our order AGAIN, the girl rudely gives us our order again! We asked her if she had added extra drizzle and she got mad and said she wasn’t remaking it and left. With the outmost rudest attitude!!! I really don’t recommend this place. They are not capable to make your order correctly. We also did not get a receipt. We had asked for one and they ignored us!

4 people sitting by the drive thru I asked for whip cream twice by the window and the mic and the lady still gave me no whip cream and she was rude and nasty when I asked where is the whip cream. How she going to remember when 4-5 workers are sitting talking to each other and no customers what so ever. Worst place to order at people here will attack you with their rudeness

It's my go to drive through coffee place, when you need that coffee fix. The staff is very friendly and once you have been serviced several times, they know your favorite drinks, even before you order. During the heights of COVID, this Starbucks drive through was my public contact and helped me pull through that terrible mess!

Manager interjected the barista taking my order as I was asking questions. Scolded me in a degrading high tone of voice that a drink could not be made the way I was asking. Extremely rude.
