The Evanston, IL store took and kept my money from my online order when i asked them to cancel due to a non delivery.
I was told to contact DoorDash. Upon contacting DoorDash, i was told they had never received the order or the money. When i checked with my bank, the money was paid to directly to Steak &Shake not DoorDash. Whenever, i have tried to speak to the *General Manager* she/he/it is never in.
