Stopped by this Subway today, and I was in and out in no time! The service was incredibly fast, but they still took the time to make my sandwich just right. Everything was fresh, the bread was perfectly baked, and the staff was friendly and efficient. It’s rare to get speed and quality at the same time, but this location nails it. I was really disappointed with my recent experience. The subway I received wasn’t prepared correctly and didn’t match what I had ordered through the app. The bread was dry and tough to chew, and some of the toppings were missing. It seemed like the sandwich was made in a rush and lacked enough condiments. Additionally, when I went to pick up my order, the staff member slammed it down on the table with a poor attitude. Overall, the customer service was very lacking. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place—it was a waste of money, and the food quality was just not worth it.

They would not take my coupon. I had a coupon for 8.99 footlong meal and they charged me full price minus 10%. I will not be back. You have a sign outside that says you don’t take coupons.

This subway messed my sandwich up so bad and it isn't even complicated just a pizza sub light sauce I watched the man try to put extra on my sandwich and he then proceeded to toast my sandwich without the meat on it and somehow something on my sandwich it's self tastes like rubber

Every time I stop by Wafa and the rest of the staff always greets me and make me feel welcomed. The food is always kept fresh and I have never had a single issue with my order. There are times when it gets busy but the wait is never too long unless there are other customers who are indecisive on what to put on their sandwich. You can tell this subway does a great job keeping its facility clean.
