I stopped by Subway today and had a great experience. The lobby was clean and well-kept, and the staff were super friendly and helpful with my order. I got the tuna sandwich, and it was fresh, flavorful, and made just right. It’s nice to see a location that takes pride in both their food and their service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had placed a online order and it was canceled due to their specials they have online they take online orders but dont take the specials which I dont get this is the second time they do this to me they dont own up to their specials online and I had a previous encounter as well when I had told the employee about the roach I had seen running by the chips and he really didnt do anything about it they just didnt care so I am very unsatisfied with their services here in this subway I won't be going to this subway no more !

Seriously disappointing experience today. I placed an online order for two footlongs using a deal that was clearly offered online by this store. They accepted the order and gave me a pickup time. When I showed up, after the pickup time the employees simply refused to honor the offer. If they didn't want to honor the deal, they shouldn't have accepted the order in the first place! The worst part was the attitude. They took forever (like 5-7 minutes) to cancel the order, barely speaking to me the whole time. They weren't apologetic or helpful. The second they canceled it, the person literally just got on their phone, ignoring me completely. I had to just walk out because they were too busy on phone to even acknowledge that they wasted my time. Rude staff, wasted my time, and refused a valid deal. Don't bother ordering online from this location.

This Subway never disappoints! The food is always fresh, and I love that I can customize my sub exactly how I want it. The staff was super friendly and nice and quick, making the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Whether you're grabbing a quick lunch or something healthier on the go, Subway is a solid choice. Horrible service. Daughter put in an order on the app. Pickup time was wrong, she called and they said she could pick it up early, not a problem. When she arrived they refused to make her a sandwich because it hadn’t come thru on their system. She had a receipt. They claim the app is 3rd party so they Won’t make until it comes thru even though she had the receipt and they told her she could pick up early. Horrible customer service.

The food is not good, it feels old. They skimp out on meat. The manager is very rude. Told me to no more refills after my first refill. Albeit, the subway is very clean due to her strictness, but **this subway only survives due to the highschool nearby.**
I mean they make so much money from these kids, and they can't give me a third refill? Maybe I looked like a deliquent to them or something.
The workers are nice, but the manager came in and told the worker to tell me to order food, which is fair.

Everytime I come here the bread seems to be not fresh always breaks apart I've asked for fresh and get the same results. Service is fast but the bread is going to make me look elsewhere to eat.
I always come to this location when im in the area. But today the guy had the worst attitude. I walked in he just starring at me . Then he standing there looking at me i was waiting for a hello and i said to him how are you ? Still stare at me i order my order and he got one of my sandwiches wrong. If he would’ve been listening the first time and not have a attitude he would’ve gotten it right. The vibe just felt off like he is force to be there. Definitely having a bad day. I only ended up ordering for my son . I didn’t want him making me my sandwich.

Everything was fresh, the bread was perfectly baked, and the staff was friendly and efficient. It’s rare to get speed and quality at the same time, but this location nails it.
