I know food doesn't always live up to advertised pictures so my bad for not going in person for my first try at a Sweetgreen location, but the delivery I got was the most underwhelming order compared to the images. I was really disappointed in the service. I am new to sweetgreen and enjoy the good but tonight I got to this location about 15 min before closing. I understand that means I am probably limited on choices. But no one greeted me or said anything. One person finally was like “what do u want?” And I was like uh a crispy rice bowl.. and they were unapologetically dismissive about being completely out of rice. This is a weird one, cause I’m a huge sweetgreen fan. I started eating it when it opened in DC, and was super excited to see it expand to Chicago. In Evanston, it’s also hard to get such a quick lunch where you can just grab and go, so I eat here about 3x a week.What’s a little frustrating is the huge lack in consistency.
