Jimmy John's is a restaurant that offers sandwiches and unwiches, which are a low-carb alternative to traditional sandwiches. Customers have reported enjoying their meals, praising the taste and freshness of the food. However, there have been some issues with customer service, such as disorganization during pickups and a lack of clear signage for curbside pickup. Some customers have also reported issues with online orders, including long wait times, smashed food, and a lack of necessary condiments. Despite these concerns, many customers appreciate the accuracy and delicious taste of the food, and the restaurant's convenient location with free parking. However, there is room for improvement in terms of customer service, particularly when it comes to online orders and pickups.
