It took 30 minutes to get our food. The workers were all just flirting and trying to make garbage into the basket. The food was burnt and wasn't even cut.

Arrived at the Fairview Heights, IL location at 10:42 am and it was closed. Employess standing around talking but no one to purchase a drink and no pretzels in sight. Poor management and customer service! Hours online indicate open at 10am.

I visited this location on 12/31/23. Staff seemed disinterested and didn't acknowledge me while I was standing at the counter waiting to place my order. When I finally received my order the pretzel was not baked fully and was RAW on the inside! Absolutely disgusting. I would definitely stay away from this location.

Terrible experience at the St. Clair Square location. The staff were laughing talking and playing the entire time instead of tending to the long line of customers. There was long wait until we got our order. One of the workers was talking/ texting on the cellphone while rolling out dough. They need a new staff asap. There was way too much cinnnimon sugar on our pretzels.

This location is incredibly bad about over hiring when there's no way they need that many people because they shouldn't even fit them in that little space. However, it's always very, very good. I'm not sure if that's because I always just get plain preztles or what. Also, don't expect a short line. There's a long line because everybody loves it.

We came across this site 4 times while shopping at the mall. Everytime, they were out of pretzels and it would be 20 minutes before they had more. The kiosk was also empty of pretzels.

Got up to order the menu screen on the wall was black. I had no idea what they sold since I hadn’t been here a long time. Only 2 sugar nuggets in the warmer. I ordered a pretzel with no salt and the young man looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. He finally turned around and asked someone else how long it would be. Try enjoying your job!

Four stars was for the food, great as always...the service however, was lacking in enthusiasm as well as hospitality. Can you believe the register screen asks for a tip before you even get your total? -not cool, auntie Anne's, not cool at all...

Customer Service is horrible!!!! The manager the short black women with the light brown color hair rude. They way she talked to her employee just for them asking a question was uncalled for. I had to tell the little girl sorry I even asked.

went to the kiosk instead of the one in the food court and the teenager working the booth alone swiped the card reader away from me when it was time to pay so i had to hand her my card? and she also selected the tip amount for me opposed to letting me choose which isn’t how I recall it working. I wasn’t even gonna tip her cuz she didn’t even do anything but hand me my stuff across the counter and play on her phone. need better employees.
