The only reason I gave this review a two because at least the restaurant was clean I used to go to Burger King all the time in Belleville but their quality of a cleanliness and standards was depleting so I came over here to Fairview and thank God they least sweep the floors not one ounce of dirt that could probably have spotted the food was needing of improvement service was okay beside the rude and the attitudes left and right I get it it's a restaurant people is always angry but I'm just a customer so I don't know why I was having those negative emotions pointed towards me I will come back again I get this place a second chance hopefully next time they are a little bit nicer when it comes to their attitudes

I usually do DoorDash a lot when it comes to Burger King I love the impossible Whopper and the fish fillet but my stuff came to me cold I mean if they took it straight off the freezer cold I kind of disappointed cuz it's like the sixth time I ordered from this location and I don't know if it's because of the wait time or what but my fish should never been pink It was raw and it was still a little frozen in the middle The bread was burnt like severely burnt this is ridiculous and I can't get my money back from doordash don't want it back I just won't order from here again

Dining room smells like a sewer. Staff is very loud with each other either joking around or fighting, couldn't tell. A possibly homeless person walked in straight to the bathroom and didn't leave for at least 20 minutes before we left. This was around 1100 in the morning on a Monday. Oh, and the food was terrible not just Burger king bad but terrible.

We went through the drive-thru at 10pm on a Saturday night, order two sandwiches (1 plain) and two wraps. Waited 25 mins for food for them to get our ordered wrong. When we corrected them the guy taking our order, came to the window with an attitude telling us “you should’ve told me at the drive-thru”. Well we did, not our fault you can’t take orders correctly.

Waited thirty minutes in the drive through AT the pick up window while they chatted inside, messed up the order, forgot to add the onion rings, charged us for them, didn't add extra mayo to the crispy sandwich, didn't even have the tomatoes and barely any lettuce. 29.82 dollars for this.

It's kind of funny when I seen the new Duo meal which is 5 bucks for two and you see the commercial on the television as the sandwich in wrap being nice and crisp fat and juicy. But after you order and you receive it it looks nothing like the commercial and it was kind of disappointing but all in all the sandwich was good ?

This is the worst location I have ever been too I sit in line at the drive through for 15 minutes waiting for someone to take my order just to be told that during breakfast hours sorry we are serving lunch this has happened 3 times. I will not go to Burger King no more after this. Burger King should be called Burger Jester.

Service was awful. Pulled through the drive-thru and asked to wait. Sat for approx 7 minutes. Finally pulled to the window. The server then began to berate us, saying "i asked you to wait because i was having a problem with a customer!" Then she said "and you can't order at this window" and that we would have to pull around again. I'm not surprised there was a problem with a customer! No matter if its poor staffing, poor training or lack of management, don't spend your money here.

Maybe the worst Burger King I ever been to. Employees don’t care and they let you know by there attitude. Burgers were cold ?? Burger King has fallen off big time. This generation of kids working are horrible. To busy on they phone and give you attitude when you want to order. I guess we are bothering them. If I was the owner I would HATE having employees like this. Absolutely horrible service! I advise you to keep driving by this Burger King. They truly are terrible. ??‍♂️

Samantha and Logan know how to make me happy! When I came through today they completely changed my entire look on how Burger King is! I last went to this Burger King a year and a half ago and stopped due to the horrible service I received! Samantha and Logan had a very wonderful conversation with me about how they have been there for a little over a year around the time I last went and try providing the best service to my town Fairview Heights!! The store looked brand new since I haven’t went in since covid! It’s clean, the staff are friendly, and my food was hot! Thank you Samantha and Logan for taking the time to chat and help me understand why it’s better! I WILL be back frequent!
