Wow! Edwin(Mgr.) and his staff are the epitome of great customer service. They have clearly reversed the curse of the Fairview Heights, IL location, considering the horrible experiences I've had in the past. Even the Cinnabons are more delicious than before. Great job, you all, great job!

I came up here a couple Saturdays ago and it was a little upsetting because I got great service and everything was perfect except for one thing. I don’t know HOW I see the same exact girls every single day. I could tell they were struggling keeping up with all the orders and the people behind me thought the same. We can tell they need more workers. DESPERATELY. I mean the way they were having to scramble at lightning speed to get the orders done and out on time was very upsetting...

I like that there were packs ready to takeout. They were good when reheated at home later on. I'm not a fan of the payment screen asking for tips, as I don't feel this is a tip job. I don't think the other restaurants in the mall ask for that. Just put a tip jar out or pay your people more.
