your seafood was cooking old nasty oil. and I was told when I complained that there are no refunds or exchanges or returns, that I got what I ordered. I ordered food that was edible like the menu pictures showed but that isn't what I got.... Never again.
my wife and I ate there today, 2/172024 around 5pm. we had a platter with crab legs, crawfish, mussels, clams, corn and potatoes...never again. we both got sicker than hell. my wife spoke to someone resembling a manager to tell them we got sick from their food...she wanted us to bring proof we were sick...are we supposed to bring the diarrhea we both have to her in a bucket as proof...extremely rude and very unprofessional behavior
THIS PLACE IS THE WORST, THE OWNER.. SHE IS SO DISRESPECTFUL AND A RACIST. I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY FOOD BEING SALTY AND SHE HAS THE WORAT ATTITUDE WITH MY 16YR OLD DAUGHTER AND I. SHE TOLD ME IT WAS FAULT THAT I DIDN’T LIKE THE FOOD AND I HAD THE PROBLEM. I ASKED CAN I JUST EXCHANGE MY ORDER AND GET SOMETHING ELSE. AHW WOULDN’T ALLOW ME TOO AND SHE CALLED RHE POLICE.
