Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Service is normally a miss here. Twice recently I have had servers that can remember everything the whole table orders in their head and not write anything down and mess up everybody’s drinks and food forgetting half of what we said and never bringing what we fully ordered until we say we’ll just take it to go. Food wise I’ve tasted fresher Olive Garden menus at other locations.

Our waitress seemed like she was too busy to take our order. Did not get a drink refill til we were about to leave even though we asked. Food was great ofcourse. Confusion when we went to pay the bill because 2 families were at the table but its was 5 people 3 and 2. Bill was undeniably mixed and we are best friends we said by the time she LET US help her with fixing it we could be out and about our day, so we left and let it be.

I suddenly felt ill after arriving, and our server Jenny was incredible in making sure that I was comfortable. She suggested hot tea to settle my stomach, brought me a bag in case I made sick, and was an overall sweetheart. Give her a raise, she deserves it.

I had a wonderful time here with my family. The chicken in my Chicken Alfredo was juicy and flavorful, and our server Sharif treated us well.

Tonight my family ordered to-go, and by the time my husband got home with our food we noticed my dish was missing. Immediately called for a refund since it’s so late we didn’t want to drive all the way over there again for a replacement. The lady who answered the phone was understanding and apologetic, stating they would get that done. Shortly thereafter, we received a call but missed it. Called back and spoke with manager John who advised he refunded slightly more than the dish cost as a gesture of goodwill.

I don’t tend to go back to places that get our to go orders wrong, but this is also the first time a refund has been handled so quickly and kindly. Will definitely come back.

My Mother and I came in for a Mother-Daughter Dinner Date 08/08/2025 and we had Miss Bailey serve us.
She was extremely awesome! I had problems with My Chicken in the Chicken Parmigiana, so Bailey had me a fresh one made. Unfortunately, the taste of old grease didn’t change BUT Bailey tried her best to find a solution. She stayed attentive, patient, moved quickly, and did it all apologetically and with a smile. Shoutout to you Bailey ! And Thanks again Girly!
