Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Atmosphere is nice however our food was very basic for the price we paid I honestly could have made it at home. Our salad had the end core of the lettuce head in it.... The server was no where to be found once we ordered. Then we had to chase them down just to pay so we could finally leave. We had to remind the server several times about our drink refills which we only got one refill the whole time we were there.

Another family restaurant falling into complacency and greed. I ate there today for lunch, the soup was watered down, bread sticks were tasteless and stale ( day old ), kiosk would not register use of credit/debit card. Had to ask for a manager to remedy the situation ( 3 that were somewhere in the restaurant I was told ) finally showed up to my table after 3 requests, showed no concern for the situation of the food or the kiosk uselessness. He just wanted us to move along with our day ( complacency, lack of sincerity ) was more than evident. This chain is going the way of the Lotta Watta Creek and T.G.I Fridays into obscurity, just a matter of time.

We like this place because its easy to get in and out and the kids like it, BUT $50 for 2 cheese stick apps. Meat sauce spaghetti and soup and waters and a togo tiramisu?

Stopped in for lunch January 15th 2026 had one of the best experiences. there in a long time! Service was the best it had ever been! Patty was the name of the server which waited my table! She was on top of everything and had things faster than anyone I'd ever had serve us there ! Best service ever..This lady not only needs employee of the month she needs a raise!..Its been a while since Ive seen this kind of service and I love to review those who give their job this kind of service! Great Job Patty!...

I had a great experience at Olive Garden. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Our food came out fresh and hot and everything tasted delicious from the classic breadsticks and salad to the main dishes. The atmosphere was relaxing and family friendly and the service was fast even though the restaurant was busy. Definitely a place worth coming back to for a good meal and great hospitality.

Very nice place to have lunch.
The service was pretty great. The server was very attentive and I didn't have to ask for refills on anything. My food came out pretty quick and was hot. The lunch portion of lasagna was the perfect size to go along with the soup and bread sticks.

I did an online order of the steak Gorgonzola Alfredo. I put in the special notes that I wanted my steak medium well. Because it normally comes medium. When I got it, it was medium very chewy and I ended up giving it to my dog. I looked on the receipt and it does list medium well. The other thing that I didn’t like, I knew that it was gonna take a while because of the delivery and the time of evening that I ordered. But after placing my order and the driver picks it up, is when it tells you that the driver will have other orders to deliver before me so when I got my food, it was not warm nor was my salad cold. The lettuce was kind of mushy. I’m assuming from being in the same bag with the food that was initially hot. Very disappointed.

20 plus minutes and no waitress to even take a drink order. As we left was asked if leaving. Said yes 20 plus minutes no service. Better service to leave then to spend money.
