We were at the mall and decided to get panda. The mall location is usually great. (Tho honestly hadn't been there in like a year) This time they barely had any food ....Sunday, early afternoon ....Only 3 entrees to choose from. It was bizarre. The lady was also pretty rude to us about it. She just kinda stared when we walked up and was snippy about them barely having anything.
My last visit was a little different. My big plate was a small container with the entree and a really small box with my two sides. Three days prior (I eat out frequently) Imy big plate was the three compartment styrofoam plate. And all visits prior were served in the three compartment styrofoam plates. Needless to say, I am sure what happened. I do know I was still hungry because they switched up on me.
My family has been coming to this location since 2018. It was always good, but expectedly, it dropped off during the pandemic. Tim, the manager, moved here from Chicago to take over the store. And man...am I glad he did. He worked hard to turn this store around. And now, it's a smoother running operation. Amazingly fresh food, quick service with a smile, and a clean store. This has become one of the best Panda Express stores around.
