Kayla was our server and she had great recommendations since it was our first time. They have several home made salad dressings and the caesar was great! The hand tossed pizzas were good too.

We were intrigued by seeing the post and the pictures from the site thinking that hey this might be very good after all, so we ordered online from their platform. The delivery time or service time was great but when I walked in to get my carry out they gave me the wrong person's pizza and never noticed it.
Once I went back and I told them for my pizza I received it.

I ordered the pizza with all the vegetables and ask for extra cheese. I didn't receive all my vegetables, and I didn't receive the extra cheese., nor was it hot although I picked it up when they told me to pick it up.

I thought the wings were good yet very overpriced (20 bucks for 10). You could do better off at Buffalo Wild Wings or Wingstop and get wings for cheaper. The next day I call about my order and I was told by the person who answered the phone with the problem was but I asked for the manager not for the barkeep.

After that I called the following day and explain my grievances. I was told I was going to receive a call from the owner, and it's been over a week and I've yet to hear from this person. A place where they make a mistakes toyour order, have subordinates to try to figure out the resolve and not hearing from the people who said they want to talk to you about your experience is a bad idea across the board! They might be good to some but they were not good that evening.

Background: Pappo's used to be in the city if St. Louis a few years back...where the Foundry now sits but it closed. I was heartbroken. SOOO...when I found out they opened in Illinois, I had to go.

My mistake was ordering the specialty pepperoni pizza with honey. I thought it would just be a drizzle...I was wrong. It was more like a bath. So the honey overwhelmed the various types of pepperoni and sauce. So..that was my mistake. I should have stuck with my oldie but goodie...pepperoni pizza...forget the specialty stuff. We did cap it off with the cookies and THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT!

The service was meh. The server was very professional but he was like Waldo..we couldn't find him. Now, if the restaurant were busy, I could give him some grace...but it wasn't. There were 3 other tables of customers in the whole restaurant.

So, will I go back? Heck yeah. But I don't want honey and I don't want Waldo as my server. 😉

Great food and drinks, but they WILL lie to you on the phone to get you in the door.
We’ve been regulars since moving here and the food, drinks, and staff are always solid. This isn’t about trying to get anyone getting fired. But tonight was rough.

We called ahead 20 minutes before to confirm they’d have the Mizzou game on and were told yes. When we arrived, got our drinks, and sat down, we were told it would only be on the smallest corner TV because the bar TVs were being used for other games (Texas and Ohio??).

We ended up missing the entire first quarter after being told a completely different story on the phone.

Nobody was rude, nobody was trying to be malicious, but the communication was bad and it really messed up our night.

Delicious pizza and Caesar salad. Jacee (spelling ?) was very friendly and helpful as we were from out of town. Very positive experience. Will be back next time we’re back in Fairview Heights!

I feel like the bartender was the only one who is working the entire floor. She was amazing. We each ordered our own individual Pizza, brussel sprouts with bacon and the Caprice toasted bread , that came with pesto mozzarella tomato and a balsamic glaze. Three hostesses standing at the hostess stand holding it up. It would have been nice for them to check on her tables maybe bring some appetizer plates and some silverware. But now they just wanted to hold up the hostess stand. The brussel sprouts are usually amazing. These came out cut in half I don't think they were blanched they were definitely not crispy they were almost just fresh brussel sprouts with a balsamic reduction on them. Not hot not crispy oh and no bacon. The pesto mozzarella tomato toasted balsamic reduction appetizer, was not toasted at all it was the most mushiest bread ever. And again this had nothing to do with our bartender / server as I again State I feel like she was the only one working the entire floor. While everyone else just stood around. FYI the soda machines need to be cleaned, that was no Coca-Cola.

Our hand-tossed pizza was very good. The crust was just perfect. They did not skimp on toppings and they were well-placed on the pizza. The goat cheese side salad with walnuts and craisins was incredible.
